TERMS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

 

Art of Elegant Living LTD (AROELL), observes the following terms and conditions for reservation of accommodation and other services. These conditions are binding for both parties from the moment the guest makes a reservation.

 

⋅Low Season: April 1st till June 19th

⋅High Season: June 20th till August 24th

⋅Mid Season: August 25th till October 15th

All prices are indicative and may change according the season.

  1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Art of Elegant Living LTD does not make preliminary reservations. A reservation is binding from the moment it is made, whether it was made via internet, telephone or in writing. Person who makes the reservation as well as checking in must be at least 18 years old.

 

General payment terms

We accept, VISA, Master Card, Amex Credit Cards, Bank transfer, or cash prepayment.

10% discount for early bookings.

10% discount for repeaters.

50% down payment for property booking.

50 % of the total sum is due 14 days after reservation, the final sum must be paid 30 days before the beginning of the reservation. If the reservation is done less than 30 days before arrival, the whole amount of reservation is charged immediately.

 

Payment for high season period booking

50 % of the total sum is due 14 days after reservation, the remaining sum must be paid 45 days before the beginning of the reservation. If the reservation is done less than 45 days before arrival, the whole amount of reservation is charged immediately.

 

Payment for bookings through a request

When making a reservation request with the exact dates and the property id that you like, we contact you back to inform you about the availability and then proceed the reservation.

The down payment is reached through an authorization form to debit or credit card account. Otherwise, there is an option to deposit the amount to our company’s bank account by yourself.

In order to complete the booking, the down payment must be deposited in the bank account of the company. Remaining sum must be paid latest 14 days before the beginning of the reservation in low and mid season and 30 days before in high season. The final sum is not charged automatically. The payment can be submitted with the invoice which is sent automatically to the e-mail address provided by the guest while making the booking. Payment can be done by credit card by contacting and authorizing the personnel in the office. Payment dates does not affect the terms and timelines of cancellation.

Visa invitation will be sent only after the reservation is completely paid off.

 

  1. RECEIVING AND USING ACCOMMODATION, RETURNING THE KEY

Check-in and Check-out are not standard. We schedule the program according to the departure date of the previous guests and the arrival time of the next guests, respectively.

The key is given only to the person who has made the booking unless the person names a deputy person. The person checking in must present the reservation number, receipts and personal identification documents to the person who is responsible for the property and for your reservation. If the reservation is made via a travel agency, the customer must bring the agency’s voucher.

 

Keys are picked up from an executive partner who is responsible for the property and for your reservation. Further information for the responsible person of your reservation will be given after the completion of the booking.

For a better service, guests are responsible to inform ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD about the exact time of their airport or port arrivals and departures.

If the key is lost, the client is charged for actual expenses of changing the locks. If the key is left inside the accommodation, Door opening fee by maintenance during the week days between 8 –  18 o’clock costs 50 € and other times 80 €.

A starting package including the following items before the start of the reservation: toilet rolls, hand tissue roll, dishwasher liquid, new wash sponge, standard washing liquids. The property is always rented clean, with clean linen and towels, coffee, bottles of water, shampoos, fully equipped kitchen, and welcome drink.

The guest must present his credit card details as a deposit to the ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD. The credit card will be charged if the accommodation is not in an acceptable state after the client’s departure or if there is breakage in furniture, equipment or the client has not paid the extra services reserved with accommodation.

The cleaning is not included in the standard price. It is possible to buy end-cleaning service. Prices from 40€ per property depending of the size of the property. The end-cleaning service includes the cleaning after your leave the property. Also, linen and towels change after four days if the reservation is for more than four days. In case you need additional clean linen and towels before the four days, this service is included to daily cleaning and there is an extra charge from 30€ to 100€ per day, considering the number of guests and the type of the property.

If the end-cleaning service is not reserved we expect the guest to do the following: take out the rubbish, hoover/wash the floors, wash the dishes (empty the dishwasher), wash the bathroom and toilet, remove stains and dirt, return items in the property and the outdoor sitting areas to their designated places, collect the rubbish from the verandas and make the beds.

Even if the cleaning has been reserved, the property is expected to be in reasonable condition, with furniture and other equipment in the proper place and unbroken, rubbish taken out, and any bio-matter removed. Also the possible rubbish on the yard of the property must be picked up.

If the holiday property is not cleaned as advised and the caretaker has to clean it, ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD will charge 50 € / cleaner / starting hour from the guest.

All properties in the settlement are provided with a shared swimming pool and a shared beach. Guests are also responsible for possible damages to the swimming pool or to the beach and in the settlement in general. Guests, may use the tennis court and the basketball court upon a request. Before use those facilities and before the reservation begins, guests should read carefully and comply with the regulations of the settlement which are given to them in writing at the time of arrival to the property.

 

  1. AMOUNT OF PASSENGERS

The holiday property must not be used by more people than specified in the brochure or description. In case there is an additional guest than what was agreed then there will be an extra charge, depending on the price of the property and the season. The use of tents, camper vans, or mobile homes on the holiday property site is forbidden without explicit permission from ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD.

 

  1. COMPENSATION OF DAMAGE AND LOST ITEMS

The customer is responsible for the contents of the rented property during the rental period. The customer is liable to compensate ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD for any damage caused to the property or its contents during the rental period. ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD is not responsible for the guest’s personal affects kept in accommodation or other premises or which are left in the accommodation.   1. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints about the reservation or the condition of the holiday property must be expressed immediately after they arise. Urgent matters that need repair or fixing immediately by phone to 24 h service number +44 7388068850. You may also give feedback in writing e-mail info@aroell.com .

 

  1. SMOKING, PETS

Smoking indoors is allowed in the most holiday properties. ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD is responsible to inform you if smoking is allowed in the property that you booked. Unauthorized smoking indoors will incur an airing fee minimum of 100 €. ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD must always be informed of any pets brought to the holiday property. ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD takes no responsibility for problems, such as allergic reactions, caused by unauthorized smoking or animal dust. ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD does not rent hypoallergenic or accessible properties.

 

  1. CANCELLATION

A reservation is valid immediately after booking. ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD must always be informed of a cancellation in writing. Not making the payment is not a cancellation!

 

General terms of cancellation

Cancellation/ modification fee is 95 € per property if the cancellation is made earlier than 30 days before arrival. The difference between first payment and cancellation fee is refunded. If the cancellation is done less than 30 days before arrival, cancellation fee is the whole sum of the reservation, no payments are refunded.

 

Cancellation terms for reservations during high season

Cancellation/modification fee is 20 % of the sum of the property, although minimum 95 €. Cancellation fee is 50% of the whole sum of the property if the accommodation is cancelled 60-50 days before the arrival. The cancellation fee is the whole sum of the reservation if the cancellation is done less than 45 days before the beginning of the reservation.

 

Changing the dates or accommodation from one property to another, is considered a cancellation and making of a new reservation and a cancellation/modification fee will be charged. The payments cannot be transferred from one property to another, because the holiday properties available through ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD-AROELL have several different owners. Therefore the change is a cancellation for the owner the other first property and a new booking for the second property’s owner.

 

General silence on the area 24 – 07. If ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD considers that the guests have caused serious damages to the property or to the settlement or have violated the rules of the settlement, then ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD has the right to terminate instantly the reservation at any moment to ensure the peace and the integrity of the house and the settlement and no payments are refunded. Disturbance in the area must be informed directly to the police, emergency number 100.

 

We recommend taking out an insurance against sudden illness or accidents. Changes in weather conditions, or any other reason, do not change the terms of reservation and cancellation. ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD is not liable to compensate any possible inconvenience caused by building works on neighboring slot or any changes in the equipment level of the property that is caused by the owner of the house and is not reported to ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD.

 

  1. RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION FOR ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD

ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD has a right to cancel the reservation in the event of force majeure or factors attributable to the proprietor of the holiday property (such as changes in ownership). The owner of the holiday property may cancel the agreement through ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD, in which case ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD must inform the customer of the cancellation as soon as possible. In such a case, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the payment made to ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD. ART OF ELEGANT LIVING LTD may cancel a reservation if the customer has not followed the terms of payment.
